Helping Returning Citizens
Develop a Path to Success
The Central Arkansas ReEntry Coalition (C.A.R.E.) is comprised of members who support the day to day work of assisting those in transition from incarceration, homelessness and other life events back into the community. The members include criminal and social justice advocates, social service agencies, government agencies and concerned members of the public.
C.A.R.E. is a proud partner with the City of Little Rock to sponsor the annual Rights After Wrongs reentry and transition fair to help those in our community in need.
C.A.R.E. meets at 10am on the first Wednesday of each month at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Center located at 3805 W. 12th Street in Little Rock. Meetings are open to the public and we encourage anyone interested in our mission to attend.
We are not affiliated with the Arkansas Department of Corrections or the Division of Community Corrections reentry programs. Contact ACC at 501-682-9510 for information about their reentry programs.
